We cover Colchester and nearby villages including Boxted, West Bergholt, Ardleigh, Dedham, Nayland, Stoke-by-Nayland, East Bergholt, Fordham, and more. If your location isn’t listed, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.
Please note: our system may default to the £7.50 fee at checkout. If your address is beyond 10 miles from CO4, we will be in touch to confirm any additional charge.
Same-day delivery is available for Florist’s Choice bouquets only. Please order by 11am to qualify. A £5 surcharge applies and will be confirmed after checkout, subject to availability.
We will message you on the morning of delivery with an approximate 1-hour time slot. While we do our best to stick to this window, please note it’s an estimate and not guaranteed.
You can add delivery notes or specific requests at checkout, to help us deliver your flowers.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour whenever possible. Please note we are unable to return and re-deliver later, so including delivery instructions is helpful.

If your flowers haven’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch immediately. We’ll investigate and keep you updated until your bouquet is with you.
Absolutely! We love making your floral dreams come true. While we focus on using the freshest seasonal blooms, you’re welcome to request particular flowers or colour schemes. Please get in touch in advance so we can check availability, as some flowers may only be available during certain seasons. We’ll do our best to create a bouquet perfectly tailored to your wishes.
Yes, during the growing season (March to October), we prioritise flowers grown on our farm using organic and sustainable methods. We supplement with locally sourced blooms as needed.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or not as expected, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Changes can be made if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible — once it’s out for delivery, changes may not be possible.
To keep your flowers fresh longer: trim the stems at an angle, change the water daily, keep them cool and away from direct sunlight, and remove wilted blooms promptly.
While every bouquet is carefully crafted for freshness, flowers are perishable and their lifespan can vary. Typically, with proper care using the instructions provided, your flowers should last around 4–7 days. Please note this can vary depending on flower type and environmental conditions.
