At The Seasonal Florist, we’re proud to offer reliable, beautiful flower delivery across Colchester and surrounding villages. Whether you’re sending a thoughtful gift or ordering for a special occasion, we make sure your flowers arrive fresh and on time.
We cover Colchester and nearby villages including Boxted, West Bergholt, Ardleigh, Dedham, Nayland, Stoke-by-Nayland, East Bergholt, Fordham, and more. If your location isn’t listed, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.
Please note: our system may default to the £7.50 fee at checkout. If your address is beyond 10 miles from CO4, we will be in touch to confirm any additional charge.
Same-day delivery is available for Florist’s Choice bouquets only. Please order by 11am to qualify. A £5 surcharge applies and will be confirmed after checkout, subject to availability.
We will message you on the morning of delivery with an approximate 1-hour time slot. While we do our best to stick to this window, please note it’s an estimate and not guaranteed.
You can add delivery notes or specific requests at checkout, to help us deliver your flowers.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour whenever possible. Please note we are unable to return and re-deliver later, so including delivery instructions is helpful.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or not as expected, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Caring for your bouquet properly helps keep your flowers fresh and beautiful for as long as possible. Follow these easy tips to enjoy your arrangement at its best.
Gently lift the bouquet from the bag or box. Remove the paper wrap and hydration pack, but keep the string in place — it holds the handcrafted design together.
Snip each stem at an angle. For woody stems, a small vertical split helps them drink. Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline.
Dissolve the flower food into fresh lukewarm water. Fill the vase high enough to reach even the shorter stems.
Display your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or draughts. A cool, shaded spot is ideal.
Most mixed bouquets last 5–7 days with care. Simply remove fading stems as the days go by to keep the arrangement looking fresh.
